House Rules
Please treat Cold River Retreat with love and respect. No events, no parties, no indoor smoking. Due to fire hazard, NO open flames of any kind indoors or out. NO SMOKING inside the cottage. There is a smoking area outside. Only registered guests (two maximum) allowed on the property. By reserving, you agree that you have read the listing in its entirety and have asked any questions that you may have prior to booking.

Payment Policy
Full payment due upon confirmed reservation. Signed rental agreement and photo ID of credit card holder (primary guest) required at booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full, less any credit card processing fees. Cancellations 7 to 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded 50%, less any credit card processing fees. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will not be refunded.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Waived as long as credit cardholder agrees that ALL members of the rental party (and any visitors) will have read entire Listing and Rental Agreement. Please let us know if you prefer to pay a $250 damage deposit instead. You agree to leave the property in the same or better condition than when you entered. Guest accepts full responsibility for any damages.
